certification, and use of services provided by DigiPro Vocational Training Institute
("Institute", "we", "our", "us"). By taking admission, enrolling in any course, or using
our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Admission & Registration
Admission is granted as per eligibility criteria of the selected course.
Students must submit correct and complete information at the time of admission.
Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission.
Registration, roll number, and certificate numbers are issued by the institute and
are non-transferable.
3. Fees & Payment
Course fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Fees must be paid within the due date as informed by the institute.
Late fee or penalty may be applicable if payment is delayed.
The institute reserves the right to revise fees or charges.
4. Course Duration & Training
Course duration will be as per the course selected by the student.
Training may include theory, practical sessions, assignments, and assessments.
The institute may change class schedules, trainers, or training methods if required.
5. Attendance & Discipline
Students must maintain minimum attendance as prescribed by the institute.
Proper discipline, behavior, and respect toward staff and fellow students are mandatory.
Misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institute rules may result in suspension or termination.
6. Examinations & Certification
Students must appear in examinations/assessments as scheduled.
Certification will be issued only after successful completion of the course and clearance of dues.
Certificates issued by the institute are for educational/training purposes.
Duplicate certificates may be issued with applicable charges.
7. Use of Institute Property
Students are responsible for proper use of institute equipment, labs, and materials.
Any damage caused due to negligence may be recoverable from the student.
8. Placement & Career Assistance
Placement assistance, if provided, is purely supportive in nature.
The institute does not guarantee job placement or salary.
9. Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal
Fees once paid are non-refundable.
If a student withdraws or discontinues the course, no fee adjustment or refund will be provided.
The institute reserves the right to cancel admission in case of rule violation.
10. Limitation of Liability
DigiPro Vocational Training Institute shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during
training except as required by law.
The institute is not liable for any technical issues, internet failure, or third-party service disruptions.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Student information will be handled as per the institute’s Privacy Policy.
By enrolling, students consent to the collection and use of their data for academic and
administrative purposes.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The institute reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be applicable immediately upon notification or publication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh.
